My approach to therapy is holistic and strengths based. Each of us is unique in our own way, therefore treatment will look a little different for every individual or couple. I am a supportive, honest, and caring therapist who will strive to help you to see your own strengths and work with you to find the best tools to manage the many stressors and challenges you may be experiencing.

Insurance: I am out-of-network, but if you wish to seek insurance reimbursement I can provide you with a receipt for service that will include a diagnosis code.
